When the casting distance is considerable, there is no feeder fishing nor match fishing without an adequate shock leader, and this Match Taper Leader is the most brilliant solution to the problem. Produced by monofilament of transparent colour with a high breaking strength and highly resistant to abrasion, it’s designed with a consistent diameter bottom and top end portion, with a central tapered portion. If you use a braided main line, like the fantastic Super Silk Feeder, the match is perfect, because the initial diameter of the Match Taper Leader can be chosen in a very fine value, so as to create a small volume connection knot,
smoothly passing at high speed through small quiver tip’s guides. The spool contains ten shock leaders 15 meters long, separated and fixed by a small sticker.
